Product looks very nice, easy setup, good sound quality. I bought it to use with a turntable. The turntable doesn't have the ground connection needed to eliminate the "hum" so I connected it to one of the chassis screws. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the balance between the right and left speakers. It probably doesn't matter much. The BT antenna is quite flimsy and cracked when I attached it. So I have a problem. When choosing a turntable, the volume is very small, but with BT or radio, it can blow the ceiling! I've spent an hour trying to figure this out with no success, so I'll call tech support when I'm free (it's Sunday evening, I doubt anyone is available).
