This was a replacement for a tablet that was so scratched I couldn't see my screen. Fits well enough, but the volume buttons don't match that well with those on the iPad. You have to rotate the bezel by sliding the iPad through the case towards the front of the case for them to work. Correct item but I waited too long to return as I am traveling and was unable to issue a refund. To update. When the company saw the bad review, they contacted me and asked for photos and videos. I sent them. Indicates that the volume buttons do not work unless you rotate the case to align the buttons. Answers. Try to put it like this. I'm sorry it's not working Send more photos and videos. Now send it to this new address. BS is over. Buy another brand. There are many opportunities. After lots of emails they sent a replacement which I received 3 days later and it worked great.
