You don't normally buy useless products but for a 9 hour flight I thought it was a good idea --> WRONG. So COMPLETELY USELESS that although I wanted to return it I just left it in the UK so I didn't have to bring it back. It's all good if you put your head LIGHTLY on it, but if you try to get comfortable and then dare to fall asleep, the weight of your head will make it collapse. I dropped it repeatedly thinking I was. Nearby passengers, intrigued, tried it too. It kept breaking and/or the strap holding the hand was loose. When you're in the premium seats, they're not even functional because the armrests are wider. So upset I spent money on it only to throw it away after 10+ people failed to get it to work. Other passengers laughed at it and tried to make it work, confirming my stupidity in purchasing it.
