, I've done a lot of comparisons when I was looking for my next set of training headphones and read countless articles. When it came to my decision factor, I used the recommendations I found from thewirecutter: http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-exercise-headphones/. Great read on how they tested everything. I've had it for a few months now and my SOLs have survived many road runs, fitness and flight times. I've used them for hours with lasting comfort. I would give them 5 stars but I had two issues preventing them from getting a full 5 stars for me personally. 1. I slip the headphones through the collar of my shirt and up the sleeve onto my phone armband. Because of this, part of the volume control cable goes right into the edge of my shirt collar and sometimes gets stuck. never mind I'm a big guy, so this will hit me differently than the others. Definitely not a deal breaker. 2. There is noticeable cable noise in the headphones. It's not intrusive either, but every wire contact goes straight to the earbud, adding feedback to your music that reminds me of listening to a stethoscope. As I said, noticeable, but not bad. If you are torn between Sennheiser Adidas, MEElectronic Sport Fit or Monster iSports. Go with SOL.
