Of course babies come in all shapes and sizes, but in our case size 0-6 months is perfect for 12 months (not 0-6). We let her go in a dress for her first birthday. The child weighs about 18 pounds and is of average height. The shoes are well made and shine a lot! Perfect (except size tag)
