They have been very proactive, responsive & knowledgeable! The team is great at listening / understanding what you want your business goals are as well helping strategize how they can help with those needs for us!! I cannot think of anything that we dislike about them yet - but if there was something it would be their follow up after our initial consultation sessions (even when not required). We work together closely so this helps ensure everything runs smoothly throughout all stages from planning through implementation into ongoing support once things begin rolling out successfully :).
