Review on ⚡ Cbb60 Motor Capacitor: 16Uf 450Vac Frequency 50/60Hz with Wire Lead - White Capacitor by Francisco Taylor

It was longer and wider than the capacitor I had to replace for my Delta bench band saw. Someone else mentioned in a review that they shortened the case, so I gave that a try. I shined a bright light on the case and saw that the actual capacitor was very faintly flooded into the outer white case. I cut off the end of the case and was able to pull out a much smaller capacitor. I wrapped it in electrical tape to protect the wire's connection to the capacitor, put a label on it to remind me of the capacitance and voltage, and installed it on the saw. I wouldn't recommend this approach to everyone, but if you know what you're doing, it's an option.
