Works perfectly. Better on hard surfaces than carpet. We have a dog that is difficult to train so we urinate on the carpet about once a month. I soak up as much urine as I can, then soak the rug completely except for a pad and a larger circle as urine and let it dry. Still a slight smell of urine in the carpet. I have infused a place with a wonder of nature multiple times spaced two weeks apart. The second time I even put a wet towel over the stain overnight to give the enzymes more time to eat the urine. Did not help. At over $30 gallon if you have to pour it straight onto the carpet it's not worth the price. Switch to something new now after buying this more than 5 times.
