As someone with PCOS I use this product quite often. My feelings are mixed. I've never had proper results following the directions on the box, but it works if I leave it on for 15-20 minutes, which the box doesn't recommend. Personally, I've never had any negative side effects from it (other than the occasional flare-up) and have been using Glee for about three years now. There are probably safer products that work more easily, but they're pretty good for the price and the moisturizing lotion that comes with it is good. I only use Glee because other hair removal creams haven't worked for me in the past and this is the best I've tried so maybe only try Glee if you have coarse hair that nothing else works for.
