After using it for a few weeks, I'm flummoxed by this product's rave reviews. I felt like the exfoliation factor was minimal. The "grit" is barely there, just a few large-ish scrubby bits that didn't feel like they were doing a whole lot as you apply and massage the skin. And, upon thought, idk why I would want lemonade on my face.so not sure why they called it "lemonade" charcoal scrub. Overall, this product just didn't do much for me. I wanted something vegan and cruelty free without walnut powder as the exfoliant (people in my household have severe allergies). This met the criteria, but it wasn't effective for me. It didn't dazzle me, and I would not repurchase. Obviously, it may work differently for different folks, but for someone with somewhat sensitive skin, [moderate] stubborn adult acne, and pores that tend to get congested, this was not a winner. I commend the company for being cruelty-free, vegan, and somewhat eco-friendly, though.
