I'm not the type to wear sunglasses, but as I've gotten older I've found them to be the most useful tool. When I researched which brand to buy, it turned out that the so-called "top brands" were quite expensive and the reviews weren't that high. My life experience has taught me that in many cases (especially shoes and laptops) "too cheap" just costs more money. I have a pair of shoes and wear them every day. For the past 8 years I have purchased Merrell's shoes which cost about $30 more than similar shoes in the same category. I've found that the price difference is worth it. My Merrell's lasted about 2.5 years and I wear them every day. Even after 2 1/2 years they are still in pretty good condition as a backup. Other shoes I've bought in the past I was lucky enough to use them for a year and at the end of that year they went to the landfill. Sorry for the long tirade, but it's quite appropriate. Bottom line I am impressed with the quality of these glasses for the price I paid. They are very comfortable, protect your eyes and lungs. Only time will tell if they stand the test of time. So far, so good.
