After searching and not finding anything I liked I accidentally scrolled down far enough and came across this bracket. I was excited that it was silicone and not plastic like everyone else. The packaging it came in was nice (similar to how an apple product is packaged). What I really like is that the soft silicone does not scratch the Apple TV. Mounting on the wall was easy and all the necessary hardware was included. It also has 4 magnets built in and they work, although I'm not sure I would personally be happy with using that as a mounting option. A silicone strap will also work if needed. Even if you don't have it wall mounted I would recommend it as a way to protect the device if it falls off the shelf.
