The cover is made of thick material and is large enough to cover a rope saddle. Elastic straps at each corner help keep it in place, and the stirrup covers have pockets big enough for my saddle's large stirrups. The pocket that fits over the horn is a bit tight for a rope horn, but still fits. It does a good job of keeping my saddle clean in the stable. I have ordered 2 more for a Barrel saddle and an Australian Trail saddle. They're fully enclosed, but since both saddles have smaller and more rounded skirts, the elastic straps don't hold up the cover either. Overall a good case.
