Review on Lippert 432682 Double Manual Radius by Pius Aponte

Our OE level (one level only) gave us an 11 inch standoff from the RV. Building codes don't seem to apply to RVs. so bad but we were a little nervous that someone might slip so we looked for a better way. We have a Lippert chassis so it seemed wise to swap out the old single stage version for a two stage Lippert version. Others have noted that there is a small gap (side to side) that needs to be filled with washers and this turned out to be the case. A couple of stainless steel washers used as shims on each side came loose this problem. - This size fits everyone. If we had installed the steps as is, ground clearance would have been an issue and we would still have had a drop of about 9 inches from the RV. The side supports are pretty solid, but I was able to carve out 3" x 4" notches on each side using a Sawzall with a metal blade. It went very well and the result was a big improvement. The steps are very solid. Another improvement is the ease of pulling out the steps. The new stages use a different design. Deploying two is much easier than the original step.
