Clear sound for daily Zoom calls

I really liked these headphones - they have served me well on Zoom calls for 8 months. After heavy use and constant plugging and unplugging, I'm having some issues (I almost feel like I'm getting electricity in my ears). However, I would probably buy them again because they were comfortable and had clear sound in all directions.
