The product itself seemed promising on arrival. The packaging was good quality and I liked that it came with a pouch for easy storage. On the other hand, using the product was painful and aggravating. The bikini trimmer attachment is used for "fine shaping and shaping of the bikini area" as stated in the product description. Well unfortunately it just caused a lot of nasty cuts from the metal on my skin to the point where I couldn't use it anymore because it was too cumbersome to finish the job! OH! I've also tried using a foil angle razor. The conversation about something else failed. He didn't remove a single hair from my body! This product really annoys me. Especially since it was a waste of money.
