When my cat started ruining the fabric portion of my fabric closet, I realized I had to either find something more durable like a lid to replace what it was destroying, or switch to wood disguise. Furniture. This proved to be a satisfactory replacement for the fabric cabinet lid that my cat had destroyed. He fiddled with the zipper a bit but realized that trying to open it with his claws was a waste of time and all the mystery of what was inside was lost to him now that he could see through the plastic. at least, albeit not as intended for this product (and I wish there was a version with side zips to make it easier to use - at least it's cat resistant and that's a positive IMO.
