I am a plus size woman and was a little worried it might not fit as I was just over 30 weeks old when I bought it. I'm so happy to say that it not only fits but also helps me a lot! I had surgery to correct the cervix and this resulted in a weakening of the abdominal muscles. Long story short, after my c-section (2nd pregnancy) it caused more sagging and pain during this pregnancy. When I got the maternity belt, my world literally changed! I wish I had been advised to do this sooner as my pregnancy is now 31 weeks but the pain in my back feels like I'm only 20! It's soft and very durable, so far I haven't had any issues with the Velcro coming off while it's on. I wear it all the time until I sleep, it slips over my clothes which is a big plus for me making it easier to adjust when needed. For those who want a rough size comparison, I was a size 20/22 before pregnancy and am now comfortably a size 26.
