First, the build quality is excellent for the price. The wood and silver accents pair beautifully with the metal mesh of the open-back headphones. The presentation is nice, the cable is good, it comes with a faux leather case. I really wanted to like these headphones as they are some of the nicest for the price. But the sound wasn't impressive at all. It lacks power, I don't feel any punch, and there are certain low frequencies that didn't transmit that I can easily hear in other headphones. They are very good on the mids, the acoustics and vocals are brilliant but it still sounds very foggy to me. In my opinion, my $100 pair of Grado SR80e's sound twice as good as these. Too bad I had to send them back. Mine may have been defective as I really expected a lot from them after reading all the hype on the forums and Zeos touting them as the second coming of Christ. Unfortunately I don't agree with everyone, but that's ok. Maybe you like it, I will switch to other headphones.
