I'm 5'3", 140" and 34" and I ordered a small one. It's really hard to find swimsuits that fit my chest , especially in one piece as I tend to have small/medium bottoms and extra large tops. This swimsuit fits perfectly. Maybe a little tighter than I prefer but I'm also a few pounds heavier than usual. Should be after 130- 135 must be great but I'm definitely glad I have a little one it stretches really well Basic tummy control which I love as that's where I maintain my weight I can buy a variety of colors Very pleased
