Comfortable shorts for training. Many practical zip pockets. However, the lined pocket for your phone feels cheap and not very secure and just bounces around in your pocket as you run. It wouldn't be so bad if the bag itself wasn't so low on the leg and so big. I will be using these for training but not for running with my phone which is why I bought them. Everyone is very disappointed.
