I should have kept this product! Having recently recovered from multiple herniated discs and a pinched nerve in my lower back, I purchased this item to take with me on an upcoming flight in case the airplane seats didn't have enough lumbar support. However, when I packed up, there wasn't enough space in my carry-on to take everyone I wanted. I finally decided the lumbar pillow was expendable as I hadn't had back pain in months and was probably paranoid. I returned it. What a naive mistake. My flight was only 4.5 hours, but it was enough to cause incredible discomfort in my lower back. More than anything, I wanted this to be with me. It was easy to inflate, very comfortable and compresses well. It would be totally worth the money (and luggage space) to have this with me.
