I love these sponges. They expand underwater and blend my makeup better than other sponges I've tried. The only thing I can say that people might not like the sponge is that it's not as dense as some of the leading sponges like the famous "Beauty Blender" you can get from Sephora because you have a have less dense sponge. A (softer) sponge will absorb more product than a firmer sponge and won't lift as much product off your face. It's a double edged sword for me as the denser the sponge the harder it is to evenly blend foundation or any other product as it just seems to move the product rather than gently melting it into the skin. a softer sponge that's easier on the face because it "bounces" the sponge around your skin is more ideal. Yes, it can hold a little more nutrition, but it's minimal and a lot easier to clean. This is because it's more porous, and the bubbles in the soap help the makeup pull out of the sponge as you scrub, allowing it to last longer than harder sponges, which lock in the foundation and make it more "microbial". For the unbeatable price, I've repurchased a few times, tried other sponges that should have been of better quality, and I keep coming back to these. Any questions.
