The laptop itself is slow
It works for what I need, which luckily isn't much. Sometimes it can be very slow. It just freezes intermittently while typing in Word and I have to wait a few seconds for the words I typed to appear. The same goes for the back. Overall I am disappointed and would like to keep my old (7 year old) laptop. I didn't install anything extra, just used the programs that came with it. Looks good and feels solid but overall I'm very disappointed
