Poor Quality

One of the banners is missing and one of the banners that arrived had the main thread not fully sewn to the banner pieces and fell apart. It's a terrible plastic that creases and I don't know how to get rid of the creases. Banner is very disappointing. Another is also missing. I haven't tried the open tablecloth yet.
