I wore them (with thin socks) to a garden wedding on a hot day - they are very comfortable: unlike the classic Sperry, they have a slightly soft lining which provides some arch support and makes standing for hours easier. The upper is made of soft leather with no wear. Experience has shown that you can go sockless, but the same leather insole that creates comfort can also generate a bit more warmth as it provides a slightly snug (but still relaxed) fit. Looks good, blue leather with brown tip and cream sole.
