This is the perfect travel pillow as it is made from comfortable memory foam, is one piece and folds down to a compact travel size. I bought several travel pillows and returned the rest because this one was the best. We were traveling with adults and children on a long international flight followed by a flight and a trip and needed a good compact pillow. I really like that it was a single piece of memory foam and NOT cut into pieces like the other options. It offers all the support you'll find in a full-size memory foam pillow—just in a smaller, more compact size. Since it is a memory foam, it is very convenient to use in airplanes and cars because it can be bent or folded according to your space needs. I kept it behind my back for support and behind my neck/shoulders/head in cramped seating positions on the plane. We even used it at the hotel as the pillows that keep falling give me a sore neck. It worked great for adults and kids (the youngest was 2). I looked at the pillow sizes and ordered baby pillowcases that fit perfectly. My only suggestion would be a smaller tote bag. While the included pillow is compact, the pillow fills the space and can be even smaller if I fold it. The case that comes with it also fits well in a backpack and doesn't take up much space.
