I ordered a dress for a 1940's 75th anniversary event. Customize the style I wanted. I have a short waist and the top was too short even for me. Could have used 2 cm more for me. Empire seams under the bust along the bust line and not below the bust line. Good thing I have small breasts and a short waist. I got it to work, but I dragged it down all night. The center waist crease was uncomfortable and made me look like a bag. The center waist seam at the back also has an odd crease that causes it to pucker and not lay flat. The sleeves have piping at the cap sleeve, which was tight for me. Beautiful dress but constructive lines are off. The fabric color was perfect. I like the stretch of the fabric. Perfect fit both around the body and along the entire length.
