Interesting devices. I bought four. One thing Chinese manufacturers haven't quite figured out yet is that the instructions need to be big enough for people to read. The instructions for doing this aren't as tiny as some, but a large piece of paper isn't likely to break the bank or cause an environmental disaster. Of course, GE needs to know this, even if it only sells foreign products under its own brand name. I estimate they put out about twice as much light per unit as traditional American night lights. I have not set the counter. I usually like a lot of light. Not so much at night. However, these are very cute.
