Fits small best in clothing

The color (turquoise) is great, the fabric is nice and stretchy, not too thick or thin. But it was so long that I was wondering if I had received the dress by accident. And it was too little. I usually wear size 18 so I ordered XXL. It was too tight and sticky in the wrong places. i will return it
