This product contains CLOVE. It is listed as "Laung" which is the Ayurvedic name for "carnation"; and as "Caryophyllus aromatic", which is the scientific name of "carnation". The indicated dose is 5 mg. This is the last item on the ingredient list, which corresponds to the active ingredient list. Another reviewer incorrectly stated that it contained no cloves. This reviewer read the ingredient list, didn't see the word "cloves," and incorrectly concluded that the product contained no cloves. Before posting false claims in reviews, it helps to do some basic research. This product "does not mislead the public," as the reviewer noted. I have no interest, financial or otherwise, in this product other than its utility as a toothpaste. I'm just a typical member of the public reviewing an excellent product that has been falsely accused of "misleading the public" because of the word "carnation" in the product name.
