looks hand sewn and very large
I was surprised at how baggy this cloak is and also that it didn't appear to be hand sewn very neatly. I think it's ok for the beach but it's really big for my 2.5 year old daughter who is 25 pounds. It dangles from her shoulder and isn't the best sewing quality. Worth a little under $12.00 plus I paid maybe $5-7.00.
