Product photo is misleading
Works well as a petticoat but not what I wanted for a regular skirt. I bought the hot pink one. It has a built in slip but you can still see through the material. The slip doesn't have much give room. It's cheaply made and has jagged edges around the seams. It is very poofy so I can see it working well under a skirt or dress. Be sure to steam it first though.
