These blue light blocking glasses work

I use these blue light blocking glasses late at night when I'm working on my computer or reading on my Kindle (2-3 hours before bed). My ability to fall asleep has improved significantly, as has my ability to go back to sleep after waking up in the middle of a sleep phase.
