I thought it would be better since it can be moved but it can only be moved 45 degrees so it's useless since you don't mount it directly to the bar that is not completely horizontal or vertical, it looks slightly sideways or curved. Also, the screws that come with the pod don't work, you need to buy a set of longer screws. I wonder why they made these screws so short? The product is superb, strong and well made. I'll most likely buy a simpler clamp that will make the job a lot cleaner as it's too busy as there are a lot of exposed parts.
