Review on 🕐 Casio Men's G-Shock GD350 Sport Watch: Unmatched Durability and Performance by Eliza Porter

I loved this watch so much I bought two different versions. Obviously both are very similar, this one is dark gray with traditional LCD and the first one I got is black with reversed display. Both are great watches, very durable and I love their looks. Hard to say which I like better. Black has a "more invisible" look, but I also like dark gray with a traditional LCD. Readability is great on either screen, but you'll need some ambient light to see the display without the backlight. The light is very bright thanks to the two LEDs when you press the light button (the big G button on the bottom of the watch) so you can easily find it in the dark. I personally like the subtle text on this watch, you can see the letters but they aren't filled with a different color so G-SHOCK and G on the bottom of the watch aren't too noticeable. The accuracy seems amazing so far. The backlight can be set to turn on automatically when you turn your wrist and can be set to stay on for 1.5, 3, or 5 seconds. The vibrating alert option is great for me because I have a slight hearing loss at high frequencies and although I can hear beeps, they definitely won't wake me. I'm sure this one will wake me up from a nap, but the vibration only lasts 10 seconds (probably to save battery) so I wouldn't trust it to wake me up from a deep sleep. The vibration really grabs my attention when I use the timer. If desired, the vibration can be switched off and the alarm can be set to the traditional beep/flash display. One caveat - I have fairly large wrists (about 8 inches) and like a slightly loose fit on my watch. And I'm at the penultimate hole in the bracelet. So if you have really big wrists, the original strap might be too small for you. Very accurate, multiple alarms. Vibration option for timer/alarm. Cons: Only one timer, no auto-repeat option. Vibration only lasts 10 seconds, can be turned off, but there is no way to increase the duration (30 second option for that) The metal button to start the timer/stopwatch looks cool, but it's a bit recessed, have to look at the display to make sure that it works. This version does not include the metal octagonal G-Shock watch box. I don't see the dot of "shock absorber" wings on each side of the watch under the strap (I'll remove them eventually)
