During the summer, after visiting a friend's house, I found that my house wasn't as cool as hers and thought I'd try to fix it. I have found that even with attic fans and a louvered fan half the house gets hotter and a side attic fan works more. After digging around and paying close to hundreds for someone else to do this, I found that half the house has vented ceilings and the other half does not generate heat in the attics. This tool allowed me to create ceiling openings using Amazon covers. This allowed me to quickly cut through all the holes I needed and some silicone for the covers. Covers where 20 pieces for $10. The $5 Silicone Plus Tool made this possible and saved money.
