I figured I should write a review in case other black people like me would like a review from someone with the same shade/color palette as them. (If I can edit the photos, maybe I will in the future?...if I'm not too lazy.) What I like about this product is that it has practically no smell! I'm a bit skeptical about products with (artificial) fragrances, because why would you want that on your skin? So that's definitely a plus! This moisturizer is not greasy, sticky, too thin or too thick. It's smooth, easy to apply and makes my skin soft. I used to have other moisturizers that gave way too much shine. I don't mind at night, but during the day I prefer not to look fat. I also love that it doesn't contain a lot of mysterious ingredients. So if you're looking for something a little more natural, you can feel safe using this product! Doesn't require a lot of product to cover which is nice. In terms of results, I don't have high hopes with a more natural product as opposed to products with harsh chemicals or hazardous ingredients (mercury! - please be aware of those things). By that I mean I won't be going from dark chocolate to caramel in a week or ever, to be honest. However, I think if you want an even skin tone (as opposed to aiming to be lighter) or maybe tone down a tone or two, if you have darker skin this product might work for you. I cannot speak for the white/light skinned. I personally use this product for some hyperpigmentation issues, not to get lighter, to get lighter. I want to even out my skin tone so my face and neck match everything else. If you have such a goal, be sure to buy it! :) I use this product in combination with the following: (I just mentioned the products I use due to uneven skin tone but I use different ones) EvaNaturals Vitamin C+ (Facial Serum) is a powerful serum that helps reduce dark spots and Dudu Osun (supa) is an all natural African black soap that helps with skin tone and dryness. Tamanu Oil (Rose seed oil is another alternative. Don't use tamanu oil if you are allergic to nuts, use jojoba oil instead) - the oil is great for people with hyperpigmentation, acne, eczema or other skin conditions. I would only recommend it for the night, it's thick. (If you also have hyperpigmentation, I recommend all of the products above!) As long as the price of this product and ingredients remain the same, I will continue to buy it! Like it a lot! Thank you for reading! Hope I could help!
