Review on πŸ“š Vekkia Neck Reading Light: Rechargeable, Portable, Perfect for Bookworms and Craft Enthusiasts by Charles Thomas

It was strangely uncomfortable at first but everything is fine now

I have used this flashlight for needlework such as knitting, crocheting and hand sewing. All lights work well but I was a bit disappointed that they weren't brighter when fully charged. I would say it was just ok. What I found strange was that the nape of my bare neck hurt when I used it. I have to wrap a towel around my neck or maybe wear a collared shirt to keep it from rubbing my neck. The lamps will get warm after a while, but not so hot that they burn themselves. I didn't test how long the light lasts before charging as it lasts long enough for one of my craft sessions. UPDATE April 19, 2020: I solved the rubbing issue on my neck by bending my arms and moving the included elastic. behind my neck so it sits on my shoulders and not on my neck. I don't know why I didn't understand this before! Now I'm giving it an extra star because I'm fine.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Communication with seller
