Review on uBugtrack by Alberto Brewster

The user interface is simple and easy to learn for new users. It's great that it allows you to add multiple projects or tickets at once in one list view. There are some features of this software which need improvement like - 1) adding a comment/attachment from my mobile phone2) I would also love if there was a way to send an email directly instead of having two options (email & twitter).3) Notifications about project updates should be sent directly to me via SMS rather than emails4) For Android devices, we can't copy & paste code into our issue tracker so it needs to be retyped every time. We use BugTracker as part of our Scrum process to track bugs within each sprint. This helps us ensure those bugs get fixed before they make their way out to customers.
