I ordered a large from other reviews that said to go upstairs. I'm 5'7", 165 lbs and 34 lbs so I usually buy small to medium sports bras from Victoria Secrets or Marshals, however reviews say they run a size up. They are very comfortable and not baggy at all but the fabric is really stretchy so I know I could get a medium size. They are lightly padded but lack support because the fabric stretches too much that way. This isn't a problem for someone my height, but I wouldn't recommend it for women with large breasts. The price is amazing, that's what won me over, I'm glad I bought them, I love the patterns.
