Review on Superer Portable Replacement SF113 31 SF114 31 by Ray Welchhance

I've already thrown away 3 or 4 of them and I think the quality has gone down, so I buy from another manufacturer upgrade: I'm super happy with the customer service. They recently mailed me 2 replacement units and went out of their way to fix the problem. I am encouraged because they are serious about this product. I sent two other broken chargers to find out the reasons for their failure. I hope that this knowledge will be used to improve the product and I believe it will be. Excellent customer service so I'm increasing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. This product has a 1 year guarantee and in my experience if it breaks it will be replaced promptly.
