soft inside and outside, cute :). Our piglets love it. It's perfect for one, but my two piggies sometimes get in, snug but not tight. I wash it inside out with a natural detergent (I use Canadian brand Nellie Laundry) on high heat to ensure all odors are gone. And then hot dry. It has lost its "sharp" edges, so it looks a bit more rounded, but the shape is retained. I have 2 and change them every week. Since it's a soft structure, mine sometimes try to climb it, which causes the "roof" to collapse, requiring me to open it up again for them to get inside.
