My two children need night lights to sleep at night. My 7 year old loves lots of light which it gives off beautifully. My almost 3 year old son also loves the extra light. It is not intrusive like an ordinary light bulb, and the LED allows you to illuminate the room well without blinding anyone or disturbing sleep. I bought this as a cheap option as a night light rather than buying an actual baby night light which can be expensive. The main problem I have is that after 2 nights it is dead. I use name brand batteries and they only last about 8 hours a day. We turn it on before bed and turn it off when they wake up. I don't feel like it's taking as long as it should. I bought 2 and they both work so I know it's not just a defect in one. I recommend if you can keep up with replacing the batteries every few days. It has NO motion detection, I'm not sure why it asked me for motion detection feedback.
