I love how quickly this item got to me. The packaging is also very good. I followed the directions and soaked it in warm water for ten minutes which softened it. I use it every time I shower and love how it feels on my skin like I'm washing off all the dirt and sweat. It's a little difficult to get into the small space. I don't like how things can get stuck between small holes so I have to spend some time pulling out hairs which is inconvenient. I wanted to use something more eco-friendly than those plastic washcloths. I've only been using it for a week so I'm hoping it will last a while considering how expensive it is.
