Was too small for my baby, did not have any stretch to get it on and was stiff. The material also wasn't very soft like what you would want for your baby's head
- Perfect. Came just in time. Needed it to make a wig for Halloween.
- The hat may cause discomfort or agitation if it is too tight or constrictive, leading to the baby or toddler constantly tugging at it
