I like that it's easy to use for my business! It helps me keep track of all things related with our campaigns (including analytics). The customer service can be really good as well if you have any questions or concerns about your account/sender info they are always happy to help out in anyway possible!! Nothing yet but this software has helped us improve how we manage everything from sending emails through creating reports which makes running multiple companies much easier than having them spread across several different programs.
