These lace-up slip-on sneakers are a great remedy for sore feet and are great value for money. They cushion your step and fit fairly well, although you may need to tighten the laces a bit if the shoe is too loose and you have to walk or run a long distance. I've trained in them and they remain comfortable for walking and running, although their softness tends to allow for more slippage in running shoes. I wouldn't recommend going down a size though as you can tighten the laces if needed. The only thing I can't be sure about is the durability of the bottom as it feels soft compared to regular shoes.
