Review on Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner 150ml - Toner and Moisturizer for Softening and Moisturizing, Creamy and Milky Toner by Robert Dingaling

When I hear the word "cream" I think of a thick lotion so I was a little surprised that it was a regular liquid toner just acted so milky. It smells very nice and has a light scent, just like this brand's sea lotion, but its texture is definitely different than I imagined. I tested it on one of my wrists and it definitely made my skin less rough and I had no side effects. I'll incorporate it into my normal routine and post an update if I experience flare-ups or anything, but so far I'm pretty happy with it.
