They are so good I bought two. For some reason, ordering 2 separate containers is cheaper than ordering two packs. Anyway, it's less than I expected but it's great. I'm on Weight Watchers so it's all about portions and tracking. The bottom holds 2 cups of lettuce. The top shelf has 3 compartments. The center is designed to be disguised and comes with a small jar/jar and lid. It would be good for salad dressing but I use it for taco salad so this is where I save the sour cream. I can put 1 tablespoon of sour cream in here and leave some space. In the middle are two triangular compartments. Each side holds 1/2 cup. At first I thought there were 4 squares around the middle, but it's only 2 triangles. I have 1/2 cup corn and a lime wedge on one side. On the other side, I keep tortilla strips, cilantro, onions, and cheese. I wasn't kidding. I measure all my groceries. But now that I'm familiar with a container's capacity, I can see it when I use that container. I think it would be useful for sandwiches too. I keep 3 ounces (about 1/2 cup) of ground turkey in a separate container as I like to warm it up before tossing. However, if you don't mind cold meat, you can add it to a salad. I highly recommend them for salads! Oh, and they come with a fork and a knife, but I don't care about them. I threw them away. Some people feel comfortable, I think.
